Explain UH statistical system, ONS and regulatory/statistical relationships.

The United Hampshire statistical system includes the UH Statistics Authority, the Office for National Statistics and the Government Statistical Service, together with official-statistics producers operating within their lawful functions.

The Authority provides independent stewardship and oversight. ONS is the executive statistics office. The Government Statistical Service is the cross-government professional community.
